Ramada Plaza Hotel & Spa Trabzon

I stayed for three nights at the Ramada while exploring the area, and it was a great experience overall. The hotel is ideally located near a private beach, which was perfect for relaxation. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and appreciated the friendly service from the staff. The indoor and outdoor pools were a highlight, and the spacious courtyard filled with greenery provided a tranquil escape from daily life. Plus, the proximity to shopping malls made it easy to indulge in a little retail therapy.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I was offered a room with exceptional views over the sea. The bed was comfortable, the pool area was amazing. Location: the hotel was near restaurant as well as Ramada Plaza Trabzon. The service was fantastic, including a fast check-in.

Recently renovated brand-new hotel with delightful sea views. Particularly good, marvellous location near to city center. Not far from Turkey, the airport and the beautiful sights.

I spent my Christmas at this hotel, and I really enjoyed the beautiful garden that perfectly blends with the sea. The breakfast offered a good variety, which was a nice start to the day. Plus, the location was convenient, close to the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

My stay wasn’t all smooth sailing. Unfortunately, the WiFi was terrible, and my room had issues with internet connectivity throughout my visit. some amenities were closed. I also experienced some rudeness from staff, which dampened the overall experience.

I really enjoyed the overall value for my stay, especially with the amazing Black Sea views from our spacious room. The location was perfect, just minutes from the airport, and the staff was cute and friendly, making us feel right at home.

Food for breakfast could use more fresh options and variety.

This place is really nice, we had a great time, enjoyed the good food, and the fantastic views over the sea from a big beautiful deluxe room in a lovely area.

Everything was excellent, my next choice again in Trabzon. the hotel was clean and enchanting, with delightful views of the sea. - the room was well-appointed, with excellent facilities. - the staff were top-class and affable. - the location was excellent - short walk to Ramada Plaza Trabzon, Uzungoel, and beautiful sights.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location is excellent, being so close to both the sea and the airport. It made getting around really convenient. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service. They were always attentive and addressed any issues promptly. Lastly, the rooms had a beautiful view of the Black Sea. Waking up to that every morning was such a treat.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was just perfect.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location is perfect, being very close to the airport and the sea. It made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Secondly, the staff were fantastic. Mr. Amen, the shift manager, was especially friendly and helpful. Lastly, the rooms with a view of the Black Sea were breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning sight was truly a highlight of my stay.

The WiFi connectivity was very poor, making it challenging to stay connected, and requests such as water bottles and tea had to be made by calling the reception. The breakfast was overpriced and not up to five-star hotel standards, with a basic selection of hot drinks available.
